We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion. Contacting us about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item does not guarantee a refund, return, or replacement.
Order Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
